When you connect health devices (FreeStyle Libre, Dexcom, Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.), we access ONLY the data types you authorize:
- Glucose readings (CGMs)
- Heart rate, HRV, steps (wearables)
- Blood pressure (Blood Pressure monitors)
- Weight, body composition (smart scales)
- Workouts, activities (fitness trackers)
We NEVER:
- Access data you don't authorize
- Share device data with third parties
